Refund Policy

When an athlete enrolls in our program, the team makes financial commitments on their behalf before the season starts, including county fees, track registrations, insurance, space rental, and equipment. This refund policy applies to all athletes, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.


Below is the refund policy:

• • Refund requests must be submitted by the deadlines listed below. Please email your request to NVAtrack@gmail.com.

• • Requests received after the deadline will not be approved under any circumstances.

• • Refunds will be processed back to the original credit card used for payment.

• • Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather, injuries, illnesses or other circumstances beyond our control. 

2024 Fall Program - The amount refunded depends on the date the team is notified in writing.

2024 Summer Program - The amount refunded depends on the date the team is notified in writing.

        Summer Season 1

        Before 6/1/24 - Registration fees paid will be refunded minus $30 
        On or After 6/1/24 - No refunds offered 

       Summer Season 2

        Before 6/15/24 - Registration fees paid will be refunded minus $30 
        On or After 6/15/24 - No refunds offered    

2024 Outdoor (Spring) Program - The amount refunded depends on the date the team is notified in writing.

Before 3/1/24 - Registration fees paid will be refunded minus $50 
Before 3/12/24 - Registration fees paid will be refunded minus $100
On or After 3/12/24 - No refunds offered 

2023-2024 Indoor (Winter) Program - The amount refunded depends on the date the team is notified in writing.

Before 10/1/23 - Registration fees paid will be refunded minus $50 
Before 10/20/23 - Registration fees paid will be refunded minus $75
Before 11/5/23 - Registration fees paid will be refunded minus $125
On or After 11/5/23 - No refunds offered 
 

Athletes withdrawing from the program need to email Coach Greene at NVAtrack@gmail.com to request a refund.
