High School - Grades 9 - 12

HS Club 

NVA Track High School programs are for athletes in grades 9 - 12.  This is a dedicated High School program, where High School athletes train exclusively with other High School athletes from the DMV area.

Our programs are appropriate for athletes of all levels, from beginner to advanced.  We will break out into groups based on age and ability.  Participation in meets is not required - a good number of athletes just train with us to improve their speed for other sports.  The meet schedule is usually not available until early December.  Historically, we have participated in 3 - 4 meets.

Practices will be at the NVA Sports Performance Center in Ashburn which has 2 lanes of track, turf and a weight room.  Athletes will also have the opportunity to practice starts with blocks and spikes.

High School - Not Running With Your High School
     Practice Times:    
            Tues: 8 – 9pm
            Thurs: 7 - 8pm
            Sat: 1 - 2pm

      Cost (3 Day Programs): $399 - Early Pricing until 10/1. After 10/1: $439
             Payment Plan: $39 due at time of registration.
             Payment Dates: 9/20 - $90; 10/15 - $90; 11/1 - $90; 11/25 - $90

High School - Running With Your High School
This program is intended for High School athletes that will be running on their HS team and NVA Track.  This program is flexible and allows High School students to attend when it does not conflict with their High School Track schedule.  Meets are optional.

     Practice Times:    
            Tues: 8 – 9pm
            Thurs: 7 - 8pm
            Sat: 1 - 2pm

      Cost: $229 - Early Pricing until 10/1. After 10/1: $259
             Payment Plan: $39 due at time of registration.
             Payment Dates: 9/20 - $50; 10/15 - $50; 11/1 - $45; 11/25 - $45

      
High School Advanced/Elite (Travel)
These teams are by invitation only for High School athletes competing at a very high level. The Coaches will continue to evaluate athletes throughout the season for these teams.  Any questions should be directed to Coach Greene at Nvatrack@gmail.com.

 All team meet fees, including National meets, are included in the Registration cost.
