2025 - 2026 Indoor Program
NVA Track programs are for girls and boys in grades 1 - 12. We offer both local and travel programs for Youth athletes and a dedicated High School program, where High School athletes train exclusively with other High School athletes from the DMV area. All participants will have the opportunity to compete in track meets, though participation is not required. We welcome athletes who simply wish to train with the team without competing in meets.
Our programs are appropriate for athletes of all levels, from beginner to advanced. We will break out into groups based on age and ability.
