Registration for the 2024 - 2025 Indoor Season is Open
Indoor Events: 55m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, Relays, Hurdles & Jumps
Outdoor Events: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, Relays, Hurdles, Jumps & Throws
Youth Club - Grades 1 - 8
This program is perfect for both new and returning athletes, as we break into groups based on age/ability to ensure everyone receives the appropriate level of coaching and support. There is an option for 2- or 3-day programs to accommodate different schedules. All participants will have the opportunity to compete in 3–4 track meets, though participation is not required. We welcome athletes who simply wish to train with the team without competing. All team meet fees are included in the program cost.

Registration will close once we reach capacity, and in previous years, we have reached
capacity well before the start of the season. We encourage early registration to secure
your spot.

Practices will be held at the NVA Sports Performance Center in Ashburn which has 2 straight lanes of track, turf area and weight room.
Youth Programs: Short & Long Distance
Due to the high demand for our Indoor Programs and reaching capacity, athletes are unable to switch between days between programs.
3 Days Programs
Club 1: Grades 1 – 6
Practice Times:
Mon/Wed: 5:30 – 6:30pm
Sat: 9 - 10am
Club 2: Grades 6 – 8
Practice Times:
Mon/Wed: 7:30 – 8:30pm
Sat: 10 - 11am
Club 3: Grades 7 - 8 - While there are no Try-Outs for this Team, it is intended for high performing or experienced athletes
Practice Times:
Tues: 8 – 9pm
Thurs: 7 - 8pm
Sat: 1 - 2pm
2 Days Programs
Club 4: Grades 1 – 8
Practice Times:
Tues: 7 - 8pm
Thurs: 5 - 6pm
Youth Elite: By Invitation Only (see below)

All team meet fees, including National meets, are included in the Registration cost.

Please note that we do not hold practice the day before a meet, so athletes are well-rested for the meet, or the day after a meet, allowing time for recovery.

Youth Elite (Travel)
The Elite (Travel) Program is for the youth athlete that is competing on a higher level and requires a strong commitment to track. This team is by invitation only. The Coaches will continue to evaluate athletes throughout the season for the team and new athletes performing at a higher level will be given the opportunity to train with the Elite team. The Elite team has the opportunity to participate in local, regional and National meets. Any questions about the Elite team should be directed to Coach Greene at Nvatrack@gmail.com.
*Registration fee includes team training, team meet fees, including National Meets, and AAU & USATF membership fees where applicable. These fees do not include uniforms ($45), travel expenses, meet refreshments, snacks, and other food items.
