Location:

The county has not released the practice locations.  For the last few years, the team has practiced at Mill Run ES and Eagle Ridge MS during the week.  Saturday practices were at Broad Run HS and Rock Ridge HS.  As soon as the county releases the track allocations, we will send an email to the team.

Practice Times:

Monday: 6 - 7:15pm

Wednesday: 6: 7:15pm

Thursday: 6 - 7:15 OR Saturday: Time TBD on non meet weeks.  On non - meet weeks, there will be a practice offered on either Thursday or Saturday and will vary week to week.

Meets:

Meet fees are included in the registration, so there are not additional costs to participate in meets.  The team is planning to participate in 4 to 5 meets during the Outdoor season, offering a mix of both small and large meets.  At this time, the meet schedule is not available. Participation in meets is not required - a good number of athletes just train with us to improve their speed for other sports.  Please note that we do not hold practice the day before a meet, so athletes are well-rested for the meet, or the day after a meet, allowing time for recovery.

Youth Club (Recreation) - Grades 1 - 8 - Long & Short Distance

The NVA Outdoor Track Team is appropriate for athletes new to track as well as athletes that have participated in track. Athletes are grouped by age and ability.  Participation in meets is not required - a good number of athletes just train with us to improve their speed for other sports.

Non-Loudoun County Residents - Cost $399

Since we utilize county facilities, Loudoun Parks & Rec enforces a policy that limits the percentage of non-Loudoun County residents permitted on any team using county facilities. This policy applies to all teams and leagues in Loudoun County. As a result, we are currently unable to determine the exact number of non-Loudoun County athletes we can accommodate on our team.

For more information about registration and availability, please contact Coach Greene at Nvatrack@gmail.com
