Refund Policy
When an athlete enrolls in our program, the team makes financial commitments on their behalf before the season starts, including county fees, track registrations, insurance, space rental, and equipment.
This refund policy applies to all athletes, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
Below is the refund policy:
- Refund requests must be submitted by the deadlines listed below. Please email your request to NVAtrack@gmail.com.
- Requests received after the deadline will not be approved under any circumstances.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original credit card used for payment.
- Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather, injuries, illnesses or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for a refund to be processed.
2024-2025 Indoor (Winter) Program - The amount refunded depends on the date the team is notified via email.
Before 9/15/24 - Registration fees paid will be refunded minus $50
Before 10/15/24 - Registration fees paid will be refunded minus $100
Before 11/10/24 - Registration fees paid will be refunded minus $150
On or After 11/10/24 - No refunds offered
2024 Fall Program - The amount refunded depends on the date the team is notified in writing.
Before 8/12/24 - Registration fee paid will be refunded minus $50
On or After 8/12/24 - No refunds offered
Athletes withdrawing from the program need to email Coach Greene at NVAtrack@gmail.com to request a refund.
